analyst who will provide on-site training and guidance for our

RESPONSIBILITIES:
All OSG
* 1 MFD Installs & Full Basic Training.
All PSG
* 1 Installs & Full Basic Training.
Xerox Device Agent (XDA) & Centre
Ware Web (CWW) Installation.
Xerox Partner Software / Value Added Software Solutions. Pre-Sales
Support:
Demonstrate OSG
* 1, PSG
* 1 & Value Added Software Solutions.
Client site based meetings with Sales person as and when required.
Post-Sales Support:
Software/Driver re-installs/re-config.
Additional on-site training.
On Going Remote Customer Support. Internal Support:
Server & PC helpdesk support, software & network problem solving.
Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.
Troubleshoot and resolve network production problems.
Install, configure and maintain network components.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being
processed, stored or accessed by the network.
Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
Junior Technical Analyst
REQUIREMENTS:
Literacy and numerical skills
? Good Literacy and strong analytical and numerical skills.
PC and Apple literate with good working knowledge of MS Word, MS
Excel, MS Powerpoint, database and Web software.
Working knowledge of Network Protocols and Windows and Apple Desktop &
Network platforms such as Windows XP, 7, 8, **Apply on the website** &

Directory.
_ABILITY TO_ maintain and troubleshoot computer network hardware,
software, and peripherals.

Prepared to be mobile or work away from home from time to time.
Flexible and adaptable.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills. Hands on approach.
Previous experience within industry, product knowledge is useful but
not essential.
